RETURN POLICY:

We must receive your return within 15 days of your order date to be eligible for a refund  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, scent-free, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Include the packing slip with the return.

Returns must be received within 15 calendar days of receiving your order (unless otherwise noted at purchase)

For returned items past the 15 day return period, a 25% restocking fee will be subtracted from the refund given.

*15 days start from the day the order was received by the customer.

Returns older than 20 days will be rejected, you will be contacted to have the item shipped back to you at your expense.

Certain types of items cannot be returned; hair accessories, jewelry, hats, belts, intimates, and sale items

ALL SALE MERCHANDISE ARE FINAL!

DEFECTIVE ITEMS                                                                                      Contact us within 5 business days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, and please provide a photo so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
